Are you an experienced Accountancy or Credit Control professional looking to take on a new challenge? Looking for a permanent position with the Taunton area?
Our client, a leading Facilities Service company are you looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with invoice requests for depots and customers

Responsibilities:
* Chase payments from customers by telephone, email or any other appropriate means
* Maintain good working relationships with depots and customers
* Deal with copy invoice requests from depots and customers
* Keep accounts updated with all actions/ communications to give an accurate reflection of account history
* Liaise with depots and sites to progress prompt payment of invoices where applicable
* Log customers invoice queries, and where required assist with their resolution
* Take ownership and problem solve where appropriate
* Provide regular updates on large or complex customer accounts
* Take pro-active action on accounts to prevent issues occurring
Requirements
* Previous experience within a Finance department
* IT Literate
* Confidentiality of information
* Tactful, with the ability to deal with difficult situations
