Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working on behalf of a well-established engineering institution which is going through significant growth. They are at the forefront of engineering industry providing a range of services into engineering & manufacturing businesses globally.

The business is now looking add to its specialist Sales team, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining and nurturing new & existing relationships with corporate clients whilst leading the transformation to a proactive sales process for the business.
UK Sales Manager Responsibilities will include:
Delivering a sales strategy ensuring a proactive sales process is implemented to sell training courses to the engineering & manufacturing industry
Leading & development of the sales team (indirectly managing a team of 2)
Work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing Manager and General Manger to form international partnerships & prospect sales
A considerable amount of international travel (up to 60%)
Development of relationships with key corporate clients
Brand ambassador for the business with demonstrative knowledge of training courses
Using the course booking system, match booking sales to course availability
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build rapports and engage with all levels
Exposure of selling to multi industry sectors including automotive, aerospace, construction, manufacturing, power & rail
Experience of managing accounts nationally
Previous experience of selling training courses to the engineering sector
