My client based in Moss Side M15, is currently looking to recruit for a Receptionist position within the Probation Department based at their site.
They are looking for an experienced receptionist who has excellent customer service skills. You will be required to take telephone calls/take messages/face to face contact with offenders at the reception window. Monitoring and ordering stationery. Logging building faults/jobs with Sodexo via telephone/tracking completion and chasing up when required. Carrying out and keeping record log of panic alarm/fire alarm weekly tests. IT skills required - Lotus Notes, nDelius, Word, Excel.
This position is full-time temporary position paying £7. Working hours as follows: 9 am to 5 pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri. 11 am to 7 pm every other Wednesdays to cover late night reporting.
As this role is within the Government Sector, we will require seeing 3 years worth of references and you will be required to undertake a criminal DBS check.
