What are we looking for?

Otis is seeking to recruit a commercially driven, Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) for a Finance Business Partner role for our PDERS and Foster and Cross brands that sit within Express Lifts Co, part of the Otis Group. This role will be based at our Leicester based Finance function but will entail some UK travel.

The role objectives are to support and challenge the business in raising standards in critical decision areas, provide strategic financial leadership to key stakeholders and to be the "Critical" friend to the business.

You will need to possess a proven track record in operational & financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, risk management, financial leadership through Business Partnering, project management and delivering continuous improvement. You will be a confident, effective communicator who can influence senior decision makers with strategic thinking/ commercial awareness at a financial & non-financial level. You will also be very IT literate with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.

Key responsibilities will include establishing an operational and financial platform to drive the annual budget which is then maintained through the monthly forecasting cycles, interpret and analyse month end variances against the forecast and plan using the operational and financial platforms, highlighting Risks and Opportunities, driving the delivery of productivity, efficiency improvements and cost management across the business to ensure Plan and Forecasts are met, leading on any project or programme relevant to your business area and preparing and presenting Business & Operational Reviews
