We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping team at the Luxury hotel on the outskirts of Reading.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading a fantastic team to ensure exceptional guest service
• Training staff to ensure they deliver consistent high standards
• Ensuring the cleanliness standards are maintained and monitored throughout the hotel
• Communicating effectively with staff in the department and other affiliated departments, management and guests
• Checking each room thoroughly and ensuring the room is ready for the next arriving guest.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Previous experience of working as a Housekeeping Supervisor is essential
• Due to the company's location, having own transport is essential for this role
• Capable of working under pressure and within set timeframes
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
Dayshifts and afternoon shifts available.
The salary of GBP21k/annum is on offer.
