Housekeeper
Do you like the idea of working in the beautiful English countryside?
We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to be part of the opening team of an amazing Luxury hotel on the outskirts of Reading.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness of our Guest Rooms and providing an effective and courteous service at all time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing bedrooms and public areas for guests
• Maintaining the laundry stock and liaising with suppliers when necessary
• Providing excellent guest / customer service at all times
• Ensuring all guest accommodation and public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness
• Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures of the Hotel are maintained at all times
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Due to the company's location, having own transport is essential for this role
• Excellent communication skills
• Smart and professional appearance
• Proven commitment and customer care skills
• A positive attitude
• Flexibility with working hours
• Willingness and flexibility to work in other areas of the hotel when needed.
Dayshifts and afternoon shifts available.
The salary of GBP18.5k/annum is on offer.
