General Sales Manager - Salary -
* Approximately GBP35-40,000 Basic Salary - GBP50-55k OTE
The Next Step Automotive Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive General Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a well-known Dealership Group, for their Northamptonshire LCV business.
General Sales Manager - What we are looking for -
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role involves managing a Dealership Sales team consisting of Departmental Managers, New/Used Sales Executives, Business Managers and Administration Staff.
Representing a forward-thinking brand you'll lead the Sales team as a General Sales Manager, your skills should include :-
* Exceptional people skills
* An understanding of group/brand expectation
* The ability to drive customer-service standards ensuring impeccable CSI results
* Immaculate presentation
General Sales Manager - Responsibilities -
* Reporting directly to the Head of Business
* Leading a Dealership Sales Team, consisting of Departmental Managers, Business Managers, Sales Executives and Admin staff
* Overseeing the recruitment, ongoing training and development of your team
* Implementing a robust sales process in order to achieve group/manufacturer targets
* You'll have an eye for detail and the desire to go the extra mile to ensure the delight of your customers
* You'll take responsibility for the image of the Dealership
General Sales Manager - Requirements -
* A full driving licence
* Solid and stable Automotive career history with proven results
* Passion for the Automotive industry
* Experience of DMS or CRM systems such as Kerridge, Power or Pinnacle.
