Our client is a leading OFSTED Grade 1 Outstanding training provider specialising in the delivery of accountancy apprenticeships across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to be responsible for engaging with local and national employers to promote client programmes (IT, DM, AAT) and secure suitable sustainable employment opportunities. Your role will be to encompass Telesales, networking, Client meetings and proactive follow up of marketing leads, whilst ensuring all details are accurately updated onto the CRM system.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
You will be competent in either IT/Digital or professional services Apprenticeships. The role is to ensure consistent achievement of starts targets from non-levy Clients- SME/MME- Delivering starts in these core programmes to maximise class sizes and staff utilisation.

Essential
Used to working and hitting targets
Experience of working with 16-18 year olds
Experience of engaging with employers
Experience of turning an employer vacancy into a filled job
Knowledge of local labour markets and population/demographics
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
To hold (or pass) an Enhanced CRB check

Desirable
Knowledge of the FE sector, Apprenticeship frameworks and funded programmes
Knowledge of IT and/or Accountancy
Experience of coaching, mentoring and training
Knowledge of recruitment processes
