Their offices are light, bright, contemporary and creative, and easily accessible from all areas of Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire, and close to the M1 with parking on site.

The Role

This is a high-profile role and needs a commercially driven, proactive and experienced agency Account Director to oversee and direct multi-channel activity, both consumer and internal comms. A robust marketing background is essential for campaign planning, as well as the overall responsibility of the structure, content, accuracy and quality of all communications between the agency the client. This is a hands-on role as everyone pulls in the same direction to deliver as a team.

About You

You will really enjoy this role if you excel working on one leading account. You will be:

* A great communicator, with excellent commercial and time management skills

* Experienced in partnering with strategy and creative representatives

* Excellent presentation skills, both internally and client-facing

* Proven experience in creating insightful creative briefs

* You will have gained at least 5 years agency experience, and ideally within Shopper or Retail Marketing

* Experience in integrated marketing
