This centrally located restaurant will frequently cater for 300 covers a day and has a kitchen team of 14+ chefs. Job Brief for Head Chef -You will be involved with all aspects of running this busy kitchen; from financials to training and new openings. The successful Head Chef must love food, be focused in their career and passionate about the restaurant industry with the ability to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence. The Ideal Head Chef - Will have a passion for great produce to match those around you, and a willingness to learn new dishes.
