Property Manager / Family Property Business / Permanent vacancy
Kennet Solutions are urgently looking for a property manager for a highly reputable and well established family property business . Our client has been established for over 25 years and have a vast number of residential and commercial properties across Reading. This is a long term opportunity with opportunities to progress into different areas of the business
The successful candidate will be involved in the following:
1. Managing a property portfolio
2. Meeting tenants, both current and new
3. Carrying out property viewings
4. Preparing tenancy related paper work
5. Dealing with maintenance issues and tenant queries
6. Managing serviced accommodation
7. Assisting with Check ins and outs
8. Providing high levels of customer service at all times
You will need to have your own vehicle and you must have a valid license.
