You will be managing your own files, as well as managing paralegal and support staff. You will have the opportunity to raise your personal profile and that of your team within the Kent/Sussex business communities, whilst developing your own business relationship network and sector expertise.

The candidate will have significant experience of tax & trust advisory work ideally gained at a legal 500/chambers recognised firm. The candidate must have:

• Sound, technical knowledge of tax & trusts law
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Experience of working with case management systems and electronic files
• The ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines

• Knowledge and experience of probate practice and procedure
• A track record of successful engagement in marketing and business development activities
• An interest in developing sector specialism
