Our client is a very reputable and progressive insurance company with an established and strong market presence. They have an exciting opportunity for a Private Clients / High Net Worth (HNW) Account Manager, for a position that offers genuine career progression.
You must be a confident and target driven relationship developer, with 2 years previous Private Clients / High Net Worth or quality Personal Lines Insurance experience.
The successful applicant will be tasked with providing outstanding levels of customer service, maintaining portfolios for existing HNW clients, as well as marketing HNW products and schemes and generating new business opportunities.
Quality service is paramount, so candidates must have excellent listening skills and be able to understand and deliver to individual customer needs in order to maintain the excellent reputation of the business.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• General Insurance, High Net Worth/ Private Client experience
• An eye for detail with sound business acumen
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proven relationship developer with strong customer service and sales
track record
