This company is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their back office. They are a respected, reputable and knowledgeable Wealth Management practice in Harrogate that deals with high net worth clients and the management of their pensions and investments. As a Financial Services Specialist you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £18,000 annual salary depending on skills and qualifications.

This is a full time position, 35 hour working week, 22 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, free onsite parking, contributory pension, continuous career development and an excellent and supportive working environment.

Full training on systems and platforms will be given and as such you will undertake the following duties such as:

- Dealing with client queries
- Processing of new business and documentation
- Inputting data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date
- General administration ensuring work flows effectively
- Preparing for adviser & client appointments including obtaining quotations and illustrations
- Speaking to product providers and platforms
- Producing client valuations

What you'll need to succeed

This job will suit someone looking to take a step into financial services. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm as well as the ability to take responsibility. You should possess strong attention to detail and be able to use your initiative as well as work collaboratively within a team. Some office based administrative experience is desirable, as is experience using Excel.
