JOB TITLE: Waiter / Waitress
SALARY & BENEFITS: Depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Wednesday - Saturday, averaging 50 / 60 hours per week
THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established restaurant in Petersfield, serving stylish yet simple food, using traditional flavours with modern techniques. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter / Waitress to join their team on a full time basis.
Key responsibilities for the Waiter / Waitress role is to include:-
• Bed & Breakfast (continental breakfast)
• Setting up ready for lunch
• Organising canapes
• Ensuring tables are set
• Polishing cutlery/glasses
• Taking reservations via email and telephone
• Serving food
• Communicating with the chef/s
• Closing down from service
• Cleaning the restaurant
THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicant for the Waiter / Waitress will be confident, self-motivated as well as a team player, have a flexible and "can do" / hands on approach. You must have excellent communication skills and the commitment to ensure a continued success for my client. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Petersfield.
