Are you a Collections Specialist ?????
Brook Street are recruiting a Collections Specialist within the Customer Financial Services team for an international logistics and freight company located close to Coventry City Centre with excellent transport links. My client are a world renowned and recognisable organisation employing over 400,000 staff worldwide.
In this role you will be contacting customers directly with regards to their account and / or any outstanding debts. The right candidate will have an excellent customer service background, showing the ability to remain professional and courteous in providing solutions within approved financial parameters.
Background in account management or credit control is desirable.
Whilst training and support will be provided, candidates are expected to be able to hit the ground running when speaking with clients and be comfortable in negotiating options using sound judgement and common sense to offer agreements that benefit the customer and client.
This role is an ongoing temporary basis for at least 6 months, working Monday to Friday 9 to 17. Hourly rate is £11 per hour.
