Our client is recruiting for Experienced Mortgage Advisers to join their new Mortgage Centre in Central Milton Keynes. They are in a prime location in the centre, and offer funded parking, flexible working hours, bonuses and first-class training & career development.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and qualified Mortgage Advisers to join them on this exciting journey, helping them to shape the business and become the LEADING MORTGAGE BROKER IN THE UK.

As a Mortgage Adviser you will develop long term quality clients, whilst delivering first class customer satisfaction by optimising leads to generate sales and ensuring that client needs are always met. You will provide specialist advice and recommendations on a wide range of mortgage products to both new and existing clients. Delivering tailored solutions to the customer’s needs by conducting a thorough fact find over the telephone, engaging with the client, researching from the whole market and preparing a compelling solution which you will then present to them. Working closely with your dedicated Mortgage Administration team to satisfy the client's journey from start, through to completion and beyond, becoming their ‘trusted adviser’.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual with at least 1 years experience in the mortgage industry. With a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the mortgage sector, you will be CeMap Qualified or equivalent. Excellent customer service, written, oral and communication skills and with strong relationship building capability, you will be results driven and have an understanding and experience of compliance requirements. Previous experience in a call centre environment will be advantageous.

With excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise a workload, you will have a strong moral compass, be client focused with excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate with experience using mortgage platforms and Microsoft packages.
