Looking to get back into work when the new term starts?

Our Client is looking to recruit an appointment setting assistant for a 7 week temporary contract.

The role will involve speaking to local and national schools to invite them to a free seminar for clicker software and upgrades.
This is an integral part of the business providing telemarketing support for the sales and marketing section of the business in order to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate -
Highly organised
Attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and confident telephone manner
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things

It will be important that the right candidate can form key relationships with the marketing team, sales team and existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Appointment setting and following up.

2. Assist with ensuring the accuracy of the CRM database.

3. Any other duties as directed by the UK Events Officer.

Problem Solving:
When problems arise within your job description, it would be your responsibility to ensure that a solution is found along with making recommendations in consultations with colleagues where necessary and/or appropriate.

The rate of pay for this is £8 PH.
