Would you like to join a business that really does focus on putting customers first? Our Client is a fast growing and dynamic company within the hospitality industry and their Finance team is friendly, ambitious and has a strong mandate to improve and implement change.

Joining their Sales Ledger Team as an Accounts Assistant you will be based at their Bristol Head Office on a permanent, full time basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.

The Accounts Assistants will play a critical role within the Sales Ledger Team. Working closely within a 5 person team and part of a wider 22 person Finance team, the role is key to ensuring that all supplier/ partner invoices / credits are processed and paid within agreed terms. Driving continuous improvement to the partner invoice process, you will process a high volume of invoices and credits in Sage and Front of House Systems.

They are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and can work consistently to a high standard. Previous experience in a high-volume Sales Ledger environment is beneficial, as is having experience using SAGE and Front of House systems, but these are not essential. 

What is more important is that you have strong communication skills, good knowledge of Excel, are able to work under pressure and can meet deadlines in a confident manner.
