Business Delivery Manager (Wales)

The National Skills Academy for Food and Drink is the industry’s skills organisation. It exists to support businesses to improve the skills of their people, providers to build capability and deliver sustainable, industry relevant training programmes and potential future employees to consider the sector as an active career choice. Main purpose of Role:

Supporting the Strategic Development Manager to drive meaningful employer engagement activity to ensure good levels of industry engagement in all elements of our Welsh projects. Build strong relationships with food and drink employers, training providers, schools, and industry stakeholders to build the profile and reputation of the project activity, and the NSA.

Working with the team to ensure existing Wales project deliverables are achieved, and delivered in a way that adds real value to the industry, and supports Welsh Government strategic objectives.

Hours of work:

This is a part time role, working 3 days or 22.5 hours per week. Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm, and your line manager will agree with you your hours / days of work within this.

Location:

This role will cover the North Wales area primarily; however travel may also be required across the whole of Wales, and occasionally to the Head Office in York. This role is home based, with considerable travel required.
