Policy Manager

My client is looking for a Research Manager who can support the vision and aspirations outlined within the Criminal Justice System.

You will be working for an organisation that have been instrumental in providing expert advice on policies and the implementation of them within the justice system.

Within this role you will be specifically focusing on projects that analyse policy papers ,reporting findings ,evaluating the research ,undertaking reports and data analysis and ultimately providing recommendations.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level role is pivotal within the organisation so a background in project management is critical will also have the ability to manage sensitive and complex relationships with different stakeholders and partners.

You will have the ability to work independently and manage your own workload ,have exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills adaptable for a wide range of audiences ,both internally and externally ,demonstrated through a background within project management. You should also be able to write persuasively in reports ,policy and public documents which are open to scrutiny.

Salary range is £39500 - £46500
