Hr & Training Officer
HR & Training Officer; Permanent; GBP24k- GBP26k; Macclesfield based with travel.
Do you have passion for training? Our client is looking for a HR & Training Officer that will support the HR Advisor with day to day duties, be able to assist with low level ER cases and provide high class training support across the business.
The core duties and responsibilities will include (but by no means be limited to);
* Conduct the whole employee life cycle from the recruitment to job acceptance, ensuring the candidate's journey is second to none.
* Design and deliver the learning and development activities across the business, getting involved with training sessions / workshops / online solutions.
* Collate data to identify training needs and monitor the completion and quality of PDRs.
* Confidentially conduct low level ER issues from disciplines to absence management.
* Ensuring the HRIS system is being utilised to it's full potential in order to streamline processes efficiently
Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 qualified and clean driving licence essential.
* Training qualification is deemed desirable
