Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and dynamic company based in North Essex who are seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their award-winning industry led business.
The successful Marketing & Communications Executive will be responsible for working closely alongside communications, sales and the senior team to define an audience, engage with them and derive insights from the resulting data.
The successful Marketing & Communications Executive will be expected to:
* Develop effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Demonstrable experience and understanding of CRM systems

Job Specification
Purpose of the role
The purpose of the Marketing & Communications Executive will be to work across a variety of marketing tools including social media platforms to identify decision makers and influencers; to build key relationships with them, using content produced by the communications team.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Research of market and target organisations, to define and maintain customer and target audience lists
* Working with sales and the board to identify leads for development and optimise activity around active opportunities
* Working with the commercial team to keep leads and contacts lists updated
* Using LinkedIn, Email, Twitter and Facebook to identify key decision makers
* Using a variety of marketing tools to gain attendees for all business events
* Using CRM, marketing automation, excel and other tools to gather and analyse data on engagement
* Driving content creation and the decision to engage
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, working within a driven and fast paced team. The successful candidate must have high levels of attention to detail and will be committed to achieving the best results for the company.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP35,000
