This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation as an Electronics Test Engineer. You will assist with production testing of various jobs, using bespoke test equipment specific to each job, visual inspection as required, fault finding and repair of PCB's.
Main Duties
To be able to test all PCB's that enter the test department, using test work instructions and bespoke test equipment for each product
To be able to visual inspect PCBs as required
To be able to fault find and repair as required
Must be able to solder
Identify and report unusual or repetitious failures to Production Engineering Department
Make modifications and upgrades to special products as required
To help out in other departments if required
Requirements
Must have Electronics Test Engineering experience
Have previous experience of working within a test, returns, service or repairs environment
Excellent communications skills and team ethic
Flexible and conscientious working attitude
Proactive and responsive
This is a full time, temporary to permanent position; the hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
