Our client, a fantastic marketing leading company based in Haywards Heath is currently recruiting for a Forecasting and Reporting Officer to join them on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an analyst with financial data and will be able to manipulate data to forecast.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the management and maintenance of the Financial Management Framework (FMF), which is a system that manages the planning, forecasting and fund management for the organisation.
* Support the development and management of tools/systems to effectively respond to stakeholder support requests.
* Support the annual organisational planning process through the consolidation, analysis and review of submitted data.
* Support stakeholders by regularly reviewing their year-end forecast position and follow up on issues and changes to budgets as required.
* Support the production and improvement of internal cost centre reporting and analysis.
* Support the Forecasting and Reporting Manager in the production of monthly management accounts and other reporting as required.
* Ad-hoc management reporting.
Key skills and experience:
* Strong Excel experience i.e. Pivot tables & Vlookups
* Attention to detail
* Critical analysis
* Be confident when liaising with managers regarding their reports
* Pull info from accountancy reports
* Transaction reporting
