The Chiltern Hills Academy invites applications for an exciting opportunity to join the staff of a successful, mixed 11-18 Church of England Academy in the Chiltern Hills, conveniently situated at the end of the London Underground Metropolitan Line.

We require an Assessment Data Manager to be responsible for the collection, organisation, input, analysis, presentation and distribution of data relating to student attainment and progress using the School's ICT based management information systems (SIMS).

A high level of ICT literacy including an advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of school IT systems and experience of data analysis in a school setting would be advantageous. The post holder will also need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines.

Following a capital build with an investment of GBP10 million, the Academy provides an excellent,

well-resourced teaching environment. "Leaders know their school well" our OFSTED inspection recognised (February 2017) and further judged the school to be 'good' in all categories. "Staff, pupils and parents fully support the headteacher's vision and would recommend this school to other parents". "Pupils have embraced the school's values and ethos. As a result they behave well in lessons and the school is calm and orderly".

We would be pleased to show prospective applicants around the Academy. Please contact Mrs Mistry (HR Administrator) to arrange a visit. Details of the post are on our website, together with an application form. Completed applications should be submitted to Mrs Jo Mistry, by email via the button below and should include a letter indicating your strengths for this position.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. All staff appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

Deadline for applications: Midday, Thursday 06 September 2018.

Interviews: w/c Monday 10 September 2018.
