Our client based in the Peterborough area are looking for sales people to join their existing team. Working for a company with a great reputation you will be responsible for dentifying customers' needs over the telephone and to provide the right solutions to meet their customers marketing objectives. In essence particular attention should be given within these main areas:
•Customer Focus - consultative approach
•Financial - meeting and exceeding budgeted revenues and yields
Key Responsibilities
•Achieving revenue and yield targets
•Accurate personal forecasting
•Growing customer spend by managing existing customers and creating new opportunities
•Understanding market conditions and competitors within your area
•Meeting an agreed number of activity levels - set by your Team Leader
•Compliance with relevant Data protection guidelines
•Keeping accurate customer records using internal CRM system
•Attending and contributing to sales, marketing and editorial meetings
•Reduction of queries through accurate bookings and order confirmations
•Compliance with relevant data protection guidelines
•All of the above to be delivered with our key business values in mind
