Senior Application Analyst

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Application Analyst with a background in application support and implementation to join our dedicated and enthusiastic MIS team in maintaining, enhancing and enriching our application systems and management information provision using experience, knowledge and creative flair.

The successful candidate will have been working in a complex, integrated, application environment for at least 5 years. HE sector experience would be advantageous. You will be adept at handling multiple conflicting demands and providing excellent customer service at all times, especially under pressure. A strong team player, you will also enjoy working on your own initiative.

You will have experience of supplying management information to diverse business areas, and have a good knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data. Experience of managing application implementation projects would be highly desirable, as would business analysis skills. As you will be required to cover support, implementation and the provision of management information, you will need to be flexible and able to work with rapidly changing priorities.
