Hygiene Manager

Are you an experienced Hygiene Manager looking for a new role with a successful food manufacturer?

Your responsibilities will include;

• Planning, organising and managing the team of night hygiene operatives

• All aspects of management including training, coaching, recruitment, appraisals and disciplinaries

• Completing all required documentation

• Monitoring, inspections and audits

• Improvements to hygiene processes and procedures

• Corrective actions

• Ensuring H&S compliance

Ideally you will have relevant qualifications (including Level 3 HACCP) and a proven track record in a similar role within a fmcg environment. A strong problem solver, you will be highly organised yet flexible with strong communication skills and the ability to lead, drive and deliver change.
