This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business who are passionate about assisting vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities. Currently seeking a Registered Manager to cover London.~

You`ll be responsible for the leadership and management of their support teams, you`ll also have the responsibility for the financial budgeting, the care and or reduction provision in line with statutory and legislative standards. You`ll be providing mentoring, assisting with the development of staff, conduct, attendance etc.

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills, experience and or qualifications:
- Experience managing teams
- Experience as a Registered Manager
- Understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding and risk assessments
