You will:

  • have current or recent experience as an Account Manager (Client Executive/Client Relationship Manager)
  • be adept at communicating with clients - providing and explaining reports, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • be personable and able to effectively communicate client needs internally to adjacent departments such as sales, marketing and technology
  • be motivated by building genuine and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues

It would be great (but not essential) if you have:

  • experience within the Digital/Online/E-commerce sector
  • the ability to speak other languages - in particular, French or German
  • knowledge of content syndication, media monitoring, sales optimisation, competitive intelligence or digital marketing
  • Be able to demonstrate an excellent ability to propose and promote new services and products to your client base
  • worked in a start-up (startup/start up)

Role:

Senior Account Manager (Client Relationship Manager/Client Executive/Account Director) required for our growing digital marketing technology start-up client in London. You will be an integral part of a friendly and enthusiastic 10-person account management team dedicated to a variety of international clients operating in EMEA including household names such as Sony, Samsung and Google. The work will include reporting on the performance of services around content syndication, media monitoring, sales optimisation and competitive intelligence.

This is a great opportunity for a positive communicator with strong interpersonal skills to develop a career in an intimate yet well-established company, that has a loyal client base built up over the last 15 years. You with clients ranging from team leaders to management and CEO/COO executives.
