Job Summary

£8.95 per hour after 3 months training, plus 5% bonus, pension & subsidised café

40 hours per week; 06:00, 08:00 & 09:00 starts

Overtime paid on a monthly basis

We have a number of vacancies at our stunning Food Production Campus on the site of the old Dulcote Quarry near Wells, and one of the most vital roles for us to fill is that of Production Team Member.

If you’re worried that you have no previous experience of working in food then don’t, it isn’t essential as we’ll give you all the training you need to do a great job. We would love to hear from anyone who shares our passion for making delicious food and working as part of a fun, energetic and friendly team.

Your role will involve weighing out and preparing fresh ingredients, cooking our delicious recipes and preparing dishes to send out to customers. Production Team Members play a huge role in ensuring all of the food we make is to the highest quality, but you’ll also have the opportunity to be trained in other areas of production, including learning to operate our packaging and inline equipment so you become a multi-skilled member of the team and never stay in one place for too long!
