COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATOR An award winning independent firm of Estate Agents based in Bracknell, are looking to recruit a sales oriented Negotiator on the Commercial side.
For the Commercial Negotiator role the ideal candidate must have a sales background which does not have to be in property as full training will be given. However, you must be able to demonstrate a consistent and high level of sales success, customer service skills and a passion to work in the property industry. Company Awards or sales league tables would help. You will be well presented, articulate and extremely target driven.
It is essential that you are able to work effectively within a team. You will have great organisational skills and display high standards of service and presentation. Finally you will be a car driver with a full driving licence.
