Commercial Property Fee Earner

A successful Commercial Property team with a national reputation is looking to expand and therefore requires a skilled Fee Earner to join them. Our client is a highly regarded law firm located in Leeds City Centre handling both national and local work of a very night standard, much of it for household named clients. The firm is dedicated to quality client relationships, and are seeking an ambitious individual with commercial acumen who will strive to maintain the firm's high quality. Importantly they have a reputation for progressing people at the rate that they are capable of being progressed and there are lots of expels of people really fast tracking their career here, your pace of development can largely be dictated largely by you rather than the firms structure.
The Commercial Property team have recently seen an influx of high quality work and need to recruit to help service this, the work has both come via an upturn in existing clients and some new client wins. They are looking for someone with the skills to be able to hit the ground running with an existing caseload under minimum supervision, 3-5 years' experience would be ideal but they are flexible as it's the experience and attitude that are most important to them.
The work available has a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters, involving some complex transactions for the teams' national client base which consists of some really well-known major clients. The team is well supported by other departments in the firm such as construction, banking and the property dispute team, giving you and them the ability to deliver at the highest level to clients.
The firm is seeking someone who has demonstrable experience within Commercial Property and the ability to work with little guidance. Someone who is a strong communicator and who is able to both maintain and create new client relationships.
