The Role:

Reporting to a Financial Controller, you’ll be in a team of three driven and supportive professionals.

Think busy – lots of telephone calls and emails, producing reports and statements, collecting cash, and developing customer relationships.

A cash compiler. A Microsoft Excel maestro. You’ll be a proactive and positive influence, driving the department’s continuous improvement.

Monday to Friday, your hours can be 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm – there’s flexibility when it’s required.

Our office is an easy-to-reach out-of-town location. Glenrothes – an award-winning town for its picturesque parks and landscapes – is accessible via the A92 and a regional bus network.

What You Need to Offer...

• Two years of accounts receivable and/or credit control experience
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience liaising with customers over the telephone and by email
• Success working to deadlines and KPIs
• A personable, proactive and firm approach
