Customer Services Administrator

Our client is a prestigious tile company based in North west London and are looking for an enthusiastic and experience customer services administrator to join their rapidly expanding team. You should be experienced in dealing with customer service/after sales queries via telephone and email and great oral and written skills are essential. Highly organised and capable of working under pressure you need to be able to prioritise your workload and remain calm under stressful situations.

Job Description:

Answer phones and respond to emails regarding customer deliveries, payments, damages, complaints and any after sales matters.
Organise dispatches of customer orders, liaising with external carriers
Produce delivery notes and send to customers in advance of delivery
Match up delivery notes with carrier dispatch notes and POD`s
Take orders from customers for additional products
Generate customer returns & produce credit notes
Record on CRM delivery issues, report, monitor and resolve to satisfactory conclusion
Deal with any other after sales requirements

Essential:

Excellent written & verbal Skills
Pc Literate - familiar with all MS applications
Organised and efficient
Quick Learner
Able to work within a team and independently

Ideal:

Familiar with Sage 200 (an advantage)
Experienced using CRM`s
Knowledge of units of measure

Salary 22-25k (depending on experience)
Hours 9am to 6pm ( with 1 hour Lunch)
21 Days Holiday + bank holidays
