Now, they’re looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Holland Park on a part time basis working Monday – Friday, 8am – 2.30pm.

Your Role 

As an Office Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of our client’s office in Holland Park and provide a proactive service to all internal staff and visitors. 

Specifically, your role will entail: 

- Covering reception and providing relief across the office 
- Supporting the Office Manager as required 
- Ensuring public areas of the office and meeting rooms are clean and tidy 
- Responding to incoming calls and directing callers to the appropriate team/person 
- Acting as a gatekeeper for the business 
- Carrying out general office maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, and distributing post

About You 

To be considered as an Office Assistant, you will need: 

- Customer service experience 
- Excellent time management and co-ordination skills 
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 
- A close attention to detail
