This company is looking for a Sales Administrator to work within their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first class service to their customers and colleagues in a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active way.
The main duties include:
- To provide a first class customer service to every customer and colleague that interacts with the department by either phone or email, and deal with their request in a timely manner.
- To process all orders accurately and to the agreed schedule for their customers
- To deal with any other administrative tasks within the department that is required including backorder reports, order acknowledgements, cancelling orders.
- To be able to deal with any request that comes through from their customers like stock availability, price checks, delivery dates and reply to them in a professional manner.
- To actively support the UK Sales team and company colleagues to ensure our brand is never compromised.
Skills & Qualifications required are:
- Educated to GCSE Standard.
Experience required:
- Working within a similar environment
Characteristics required are:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
- Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Decision making and finding solutions.
- Confidence to communicate and deal with all levels of people.
