Mae Galw Gofal, yn wasanaeth monitro galwadau rhanbarthol 24 awr ar gyfer Gogledd Cymru.  Mae’r gwasanaeth yn cynnwys monitro galwadau Teleofal, Teleiechyd, Gweithwyr sy’n gweithio ar eu pen eu hunain a gwasanaethau y Tu Allan i Oriau.  Oherwydd estyniadau i’r contract a thwf busnes, mae Galw Gofal yn chwilio am unigolyn â all gymell ei hun i ymuno â’r tîm o weithredwyr monitro galwadau.

Bydd agwedd bositif yn angenrheidiol yn ogystal â sgiliau TG a chyfathrebu rhagorol, a safon dda o addysg gyda’r gallu i weithio dan bwysau a defnyddio eich menter eich hun. Byddai gwybodaeth flaenorol am y gwasanaethau a Chod Ymarfer Teleofal / Teleiechyd yn fanteisiol.  Mae angen lefel uchel o onestrwydd a chyfrinachedd oherwydd natur hanfodol i fywyd a sensitifrwydd y gwasanaeth.

Mae’r gallu i gyfathrebu yn Gymraeg a Saesneg yn hanfodol.

Oherwydd natur y gwaith, bydd angen cael datgeliad boddhaol gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd (GDG).

Call Monitoring Operator (Ref: REQ002333)

Salary GO4: £19,446 - £20,541 per annum plus enhancements for shift work

Position Package: 37 hours per week, fixed term, 05/08/2019

Location: Llangefni or Colwyn Bay

Care Connect is a 24hr regional call monitoring service for North Wales. The service includes the monitoring of Telecare, Telehealth, Lone Workers & Out of Hours calls.  Due to contract extensions and business growth, Care Connect is looking for a self-motivated individual to join the team of call monitoring operators.

A positive approach is required plus excellent IT, communication skills and a good standard of education with the ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.  Prior knowledge of the services and the Telecare / Telehealth Code of Practice would be an advantage.  A high level of integrity and confidentiality is essential due to the sensitive and life critical nature of the service.

The ability to communicate through the medium of English and Welsh is essential.

Due to the nature of the work, it will be necessary to obtain a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
