are currently looking for a frontline recruitment manager to join our busy client in Sheffield City Centre.
You will be responsible for a professional delivery of the recruitment process. You will be working with key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. You will make sure that the candidates journey remains engaging and a positive experience. You also need to make sure that the managers journey of recruitment is easy to follow.
You will be:
* Providing leadership to the recruitment process and coordinating the recruiting / talent acquisition across the business.
* Engaging with hiring managers and candidates to ensure that the recruitment plan is on track and delivered an appropriate service.
* Maintain partnership with internal business partners to ensure alignment of permanent recruitment process and business needs.
* Manage agreed sourcing and selection methods to generate a pipeline of candidates
* Utilise supporting technologies including the main recruitment management system according to appropriate guidelines.
* Making sure that compliance and referencing and vetting is getting completed.
* Maintain and collect data appropriately.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be capable of helping to coach a small team and have a positive , can-do attitude.
* Be able to motivate a team.
* Be resilient and able to cope with extreme peaks of demand
* Have strong operational experience of delivering successful recruitment outcomes
* Have a recruitment background either in house or via recruitment agencies
* Have a strong knowledge of HR
* Have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Laws
The role is working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
The role is paying GBP13.77 per hour.
Prior to starting work you would be required to complete a vetting check
