Concierge/Security 2 day staff, 1 night staff
We require several customer service oriented Concierge/Security Professionals to support the safe and secure running of a number of residential buildings across the London.
These are fixed term contracts and great opportunities for anyone looking to go permanent.
There is also plenty of overtime available.
As Concierge, you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests. You will be the main point of contact for all queries and enjoy anticipating residents' needs and ensuring that their expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
* Provide a warm and courteous welcome on arrival for residents and visitors
* Be the main point of contact, responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner
* Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents and guests; handling confidential information and sensitive matters with professionalism
* Carry out security inspections and operations as required
About you
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in residential or hotel environment
* SIA license advantageous but not essential
Location: various sites across London
Working hours: 12 hour shift - 2 days, 1 night
Salary: GBP22,000 to GBP30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
