Many of our clients are looking to grow their Business Development and Account Management teams, you do not have to have previous experience with Financial Services. They want candidates who know how to talk to clients and manage relationships effectively, they will train you in all aspects of their product and market.

Its important that you are looking to build your career in sales. Many of our clients are 'start-ups' looking to scale quickly. This in turn means huge opportunities for their employees to progress and increase their responsibility month in month out. You must be willing to go above and beyond your 'job' in a fast growth business. You can expect basic salaries from GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 rising quickly as you achieve set goals. All of our clients offer commission / bonus incentives and earning GBP35,000+ year one is realistic with many of then.
