Join our client's great team and work as a Kitchen Designer/ Administrator in their busy kitchen showroom.

Based close to Perivale station, this very successful home company have two beautiful showroom with a constant flow of customers. Selling upmarket kitchens and bathrooms, they require an experienced Kitchen Designer/ Administrator to join them and help with the following tasks and duties:-

Design of bespoke, high end kitchens, take ownership of phone enquiries, assist clients who are placing orders on the phone or by email ,enter delivery notes, assist in responding to general correspondence. Other various duties as required.

The role involves completing projects from initial greeting to the installation. This includes but not limited to:

• Meeting clients in the showroom to create a unique experience by providing the best customer service

• Taking clients brief and interpreting into a design with all specific requirements

• Preparing and presenting the design and quotation to clients

• Offering professional advice and recommendations

• Converting clients interest into sales using negating and influential skills

• Ensuring the showroom meets the company highest expectations

• Liaising with in house support team and installation manager to ensure the aftersales process runs smooth

• Knowledge of Photoshop is essential with previous experience with Autocad is preferable • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field is required

Full comprehensive training on products and on our drawing software will be given

You will need good computer skills , specifically excel spreadsheets and a professional and pleasant phone manner, great communication skills and enjoy a customer focused role. You will have experience of working within this or a similar type of industry.
