A Secondary special school in Newham are now looking for strong learning support assistants to join their lovely team in September. They are specifically looking for candidates who can work 1:1 with pupils who can have physical disabilities as well as in very small groups with the pupils who work on life skills as well as take part in Literacy and Numeracy lessons. The position is for a Full-Time SEN TA/LSP from September 2018 to July 2019.

The LSA we require should have:
*Experience working with Special Educational Needs (preferably PMLD)
*Manual Handling - working with pupils have physical disabilities
*Work as part of a specialist team of staff
*Be part of a specialist resource base for pupils
*Pastoral support
*Working with pupils within a sensory environment
*1:1 Experience
*Care or school based experience is desired
