Service Advisor
Our client, a Prestige franchised dealership in Newbury are seeking to appoint a Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor, your duties will include greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner, checking in customer vehicle arrivals, liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates, sell and advise on additional work required, sell various retention products and provide a first-class handover with full invoice explanation.
Previous Service Advisor experience is required and having previously worked in a prestige site would be advantageous. You must hold a Full UK Driving License.
