Kelly Services are recruiting for Digital Technical Project Manager on behalf of our Proprietary technology client based in Washington. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the project management lead of our new European client programs and to support the ongoing maintenance of key European brand solutions

Key skills & abilities:

- Upload and maintain all program records via our company collaborative project management tool (Smart sheet) and secure company servers.
- Be a primary point of contact for program project related questions, concerns, and the resolution thereof.
- On-board new client programs; gather necessary documentation and communicate project plan and requirements to clients and project teams.
- Lead administration of assigned program Project Management.
- Day to day Solutions Project Management of assigned client base, driving program delivery.
- Schedule regular meetings including kick-off meetings with the client to review project status, timelines and milestones addressing critical issues, risks and proposing solutions.
- Act as an extension of the client's team, understanding their products, goals and what success of the program means to them.
- Create and manage the program definition and workflow for each client.
- Administration and documentation tasks related to Solutions program delivery e.g. program configuration documents, user guides.
- Work closely with your solutions support colleague to problem solve together and find the most effective solutions for our customers.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience with being an interface between customers and internal technical teams.
- Experienced in project management of complex IT based solutions
- Must demonstrate the highest level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality to be exercised at all time.
- Must be able to perform each of the above duties satisfactorily
- PM certification desirable, but not critical providing past work experience supports business needs.
- Must be able to perform each of the above duties satisfactorily.
- Experienced and confident in complex workflow mapping using MS Visio particularly for the use of customer facing documentation and internal process definitions.
