PA/Receptionist

Front of House Cover:
- Meet and greet customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner, ensuring an excellent first impression. Promptly offer assistance and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Prepare refreshments for visitors or meetings when required.
- Support setting up HQ events for senior management, including the organising of food and beverage, IT set up and communicating to the Tipi team in advance.
- Ensure that the front of house area and the meeting room are well presented, clean and tidy.
- Responsible for answering the telephone when other team members are unavailable, directing the call to an appropriate colleague or taking messages.
- Responsible for managing the office supplies such as stationary, food and drinks including the communal front of house coffee machine.
- Organise and distribute any post for the office and distribute to appropriate team members. Collect any post to be franked and posted each day.
PA Support to Managing Director:
- Diary management including organising/co-ordinating meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are invited, travel arrangements made, meeting rooms booked and facilities/hospitality/equipment in place.
- Proactive administrative support, providing reports/relevant documents in advance of meetings.
- Production of PowerPoint slides for internal and external meetings.
- Draft, type and edit various types of correspondence and documents (including minutes/reports/presentations), ensuring that the final documents are presented accurately and in a professional format.
- Copying and binding documents as required.
- Scan, photocopy and file correspondence in accordance with protocol.
- Process expenses.
- Admin support to other members of the team, as capacity allows.
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent IT skills across Microsoft office package
- Strong PA / admin skills
- Experience of working in a front of house position - reception or similar (preferably in a hospitality environment)
- Happy to be based at Wembley
