In-house Recruiter
Job location: Central London
GBP30,000 - 35,000 per annum plus benefits

Your new employer:
We are recruiting on behalf of a consultancy which is part of a UK wide organisation who are going from strength to strength. They work within a relaxed, creative environment which allows for autonomy and innovation within each position including this Recruitment role.

Your responsibilities:
You will be working within a small open plan, modern office to support a small team.

This role is therefore supported by the wider HR team including the HR Manager and Director. You will be able to utilise policies, procedures and systems from the other offices, with a degree of flexibility where necessary.

The position is primarily orientated around the recruitment for the team. You will be employing freelancers on a project basis. The preferred method would be to build a strong network of consistent freelancers, ensuring that the organisation is the preferred agency to work for in the area. You will manage the recruitment activities, managing applications from job boards and Linked-in, as well as building a talent pipeline.

You will be responsible for creating enthusiasm and energy around the brand in the market from an employer perspective. This could involve online material including updating the careers page as well as face-to-face activity such as networking.

You will manage some HR activities including some administration such as on-boarding and inductions, looking after the employees throughout their lifecycle.

Skills you need to succeed:
Ideally you will have some experience within a recruitment environment. HR can be taught to the successful candidate as this is a small part of the role. Above all you will be engaging with new employees, where you will be the face of the brand, successfully placing relevant freelancers into projects as they arise.

This would suit someone who has worked within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing as a Co-ordinator, Advisor or Assistant.

What this opportunity will do for you:
You will be part of close knit team, with autonomy on your role and the opportunity to make a difference. Benefits include 23 days plus bank holidays, Pension, Health Insurance and Healthcare.

What you need to do:
If interested in the In-house Recruiter job in London please apply today for immediate consideration.

The role is commutable from most areas of central London including North London, central London and South Central London.
