Our client manufactures some of the most technologically advanced products at its state of the art facility in Hortonwood, and provides excellent opportunities to work in a progressive Company that values its people. We are looking for people to join the team who want to build a career with this forward thinking Company where temp to perm opportunities are available.
Production Operative
Working as part of a large team on a busy automated assembly line or working on manufacturing machines producing automotive parts and checking them to ensure high quality standards are maintained.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be ideal although training will be given to build on existing skills.
You will be required to work rotating shifts:
* 7am - 3pm - Monday to Friday
* 3pm - 11pm - Monday to Friday
* 11pm to 7am (fixed night shift) - Monday to Friday and must be flexible to work all shifts.
Our competitive pay rates are paid weekly:
Ages 18 -24 for the first 12 weeks
* AM shift GBP7.38
* PM shift GBP9.59
Ages 18-24 increase after 12 weeks
* AM shift GBP7.54
* PM shift GBP9.80
Aged
* AM shift GBP7.83
* PM shift GBP10.18
With great overtime pay rates!
