Project Manager
Our client are a small main contractor who have been trading for 2 years, growing steadily, undertaking Design & Build projects up to GBP7m in value. The South East-based company is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the team. A specialist main contractor in new build and refurbishment of commercial and industrial buildings, they carry out projects for clients nationally.
Their current requirement is for a Project Manager, ideally based in the northern / north western Home Counties, able to manage projects either on the M1 corridor, round the Western and Southern Home Counties. The successful candidate will be managing industrial / commercial / retail projects, ensuring each one runs to time and budget as well as being completed with the highest quality possible.

The successful candidate will have the following:
* Experience managing projects from design to client handover
* Demonstrable experience using Asta Project or equivalent program software
* Strong relationship management skills
* The ability to use industry and project knowledge to improve profitability where possible
* Experience working on steel frame sheds/offices
* Experience with groundworks
* A strong work ethic
* Must be able to drive
